JAK inhibitors

JAK inhibitors are a class of small-molecule targeted therapies that block the activity of one or more Janus kinase (JAK) enzymes involved in intracellular signaling. They are used to treat autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disorders, hematologic malignancies, and graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) by reducing excessive immune system activity.
