Interleukin Inhibitors

Interleukin inhibitors are biologic medications that block the activity of specific interleukins (ILs)—immune signaling proteins involved in inflammation. They are used to treat autoimmune and inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, atopic dermatitis, asthma, inflammatory bowel disease, and some rare autoinflammatory disorders.
