Dideoxynucleosides APIs

Dideoxynucleosides are modified nucleosides that lack both the 2′-OH and 3′-OH groups on the sugar portion. Because the 3′-OH group is missing, they can terminate DNA-chain elongation when incorporated by a polymerase. In pharmacology, dideoxynucleoside analogues are best known as early nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs) used to treat HIV. The following is a list of Dideoxynucleoside APIs.
